The World’s End, the last scoop in the hilarious British comedy series the Cornetto Trilogy, will be yours to own on Blu-ray from November 25th.
This final film from Edgar Wright, Simon Pegg and Nick Frost, the masterminds behind Hot Fuzz and Shaun of the Dead, looks set to go down in history as a British comedy classic. The film stars Simon Pegg, Nick Frost, Paddy Considine, Martin Freeman and Eddie Marsan as five friends who reunite to complete “the golden mile”, a pub crawl in the sleepy town of Newton Haven. However, something isn’t quite right in Newton Haven, and it soon becomes clear that this group of unlikely heroes will need to fight for their lives against an army of robots who have invaded the town.
The high definition Blu-ray comes with some pretty spectacular bonus material including technical commentary with the director, outtakes and alternate edits, deleted scenes and stunt tapes.
