Rick Grimes and his band of survivors return for season six of The Walking Dead, which will be available to buy on Blu-ray in the UK on September 26th.
The show, which has become one of the most popular on TV, picks up where the last season left off. With no hope of safety in Alexandria, Rick and his band of survivors soon discover a larger world beyond what they understood it to be. In this new reality, there are new dangers, new opportunities and new complexities to face. To claim their place in this newfound landscape, the group must become the threat themselves, as terrifying as any of the adversaries they’ve encountered. The sixth season ups the stakes dramatically, with several significant developments fans of the comic have been waiting for – including the arrival of fan favourite villain Negan, portrayed fearsomely by Jeffrey Dean Morgan.
Special features include a making-of documentary, featurettes on some of the season’s most memorable moments, a look at the show’s most iconic zombie characters and an extended, uncut version of Negan’s infamous opening speech.
