The latest movie from director M. Night Shyamalan, The Visit, is being released on Blu-ray in the UK on January 18th 2016.
When siblings Becca and Tyler are sent to their Grandparents’ farm for a weeklong stay, everything seems normal with cosy evenings by the fire and bedtime at 9:30. However, it soon transpires that something deeply disturbing is going on, and the children begin to fear for their lives as the week progresses.
Night Shyamalan opted for a “found footage” style of filming a-la The Blair Witch project, so everything is seen from the children’s point of view, adding an extra layer of creepiness to the whole thing.
Special features include “The Making of The Visit” and a selection of photos that Becca took during her week away.
