Prepare for a hit of nostalgia – Disney has announced that its remake of The Jungle Book will be available to buy on Blu-ray and Blu-ray 3D from 22nd August.
The Jungle Book tells the timeless story of a young orphan, Mowgli, who is raised in the jungle by a black panther, a bear and a pack of wolves. After being forced to leave the only home he’s over known, he must begin an epic quest through the jungle, learning a number of life lessons during a journey of self-discovery.
The remake stars a number of big names, including Bill Murray, Idris Elba, Christopher Walken, Ben Kingsley and Scarlett Johansson. The Jungle Book was heavily praised for its flawless use of CGI, which will spring to life on high definition Blu-ray.
