Warner Home Entertainment has confirmed that Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows will touch down on Blu-ray throughout Europe on May 14th.
The follow up to the monumentally successful 2009 outing will see Robert Downey Jr. and Jude Law reprise their roles as the eccentric inspector and his trusty sidekick. This time Holmes (Downey Jr.) and Watson (Law) pit their wits against criminal mastermind James Moriarty (Jared Harris) in this action packed adventure- comedy directed by Guy Ritchie.
Supplements confirmed for the Blu-ray include a Maximum Movie Mode viewing option hosted by none other than Downey Jr. himself, and seven behind-the-scenes featurettes including Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson: A Perfect Chemistry, Moriarty’s Master Plan Unleashed, Sherlock Holmes: Under the Gypsy Spell and Guy Ritchie’s Well-Oiled Machine.
