The Blu-ray edition of Seeking a Friend for the End of the World is set to be released on 5th November in the UK, with other territories to follow. This heart-warming end of the world comedy starring Steve Carell and Keira Knightley is guaranteed to bring a smile to your face, despite the apocalyptic subject matter.
Reacting in their own unique ways to the announcement that a 70-mile-wide asteroid is en route to the Earth, Dodge (Carell) and his neighbour Penny (Knightley) take a journey together, for him to reunite with his high school sweetheart and for her to get back to her family. With the world about to end and society breaking down around them, the film is a curiously uplifting affair.
The Blu-ray edition’s special features include feature commentaries and behind-the-scenes explorations with the actors among many others.
