Pioneer has announced they are updating their BDP-150 player, with the launch of the new BD-160 this month.
Coming in at £129 the BDP-160 hosts an enviable range of features, including 3D Blu-ray, DVD, CD and SACD playback as well as wireless streaming, audio and video from YouTube and access to Picasa photo albums. The player also comes with some smart features including Pioneer’s own ControlApp, which will allow you to control the player directly from your smartphone, meaning you can stream your favourite music and videos from a virtually anywhere at any time without the need for a wireless router. In addition to mobile streaming, you can also stream music stored on a Mac, PC or media server.
