Joy tells the story of the film’s title character, played by Jennifer Lawrence, who grows up to start a successful family business dynasty, becoming a matriarch in her own right. The movie is set across four generations of the family, and also stars Bradley Cooper, Edgar Ramirez and Robert De Niro.
We’ve yet to get a UK release date, but it’s due out in the US on the 3rd May, so hopefully Europe won’t be far behind. Special features are set to include a look at the making of the movie, interviews with Jennifer Lawrence and director David O’Russell, and a stills gallery.
