Tarsem Singh’s epic battle movie Immortals, will be available on Blu-ray and Blu-ray 3D on 5th March.
Brought to you from the producers of 300, Immortals boasts a star-studded cast including Mickey Rourke, Frieda Pinto and Henry Cavill who, in this role, proved himself worthy of being cast as the next Superman.
Rourke plays King Hyperion who, mad with bloodlust, has declared war on humanity and is hell-bent upon overthrowing the gods. Ancient law leaves the gods powerless to intervene, obliging Zeus to secretly call upon Theseus, (played by Cavill), to save his people and his gods from certain destruction.
The Blu-ray and Blu-ray 3D will be presented in 1080p video and 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio with both versions offering a host of extra features including alternate openings and endings, behind the scenes featurettes, deleted scenes and a graphic novel.
