The next generation of high-definition entertainment is finally here! From this week, in the UK, you will be able to buy some of your favourite movies on Ultra HD Blu-ray discs.
The first movies available are from 20th Century Fox, and include titles such as Kingsman, X-Men: Days of Future Past, Lif
e of Pi and Fantastic Four. Of course, many more films are set to follow, with Warner Brothers promising to release much of its catalogue before the end of the year, and is set to include massive titles like Mad Max: Fury Road and San Andreas. Paramount Pictures has also revealed plans to release the two Star Trek films – Star Trek and Star Trek: Into Darkness – on Ultra HD Blu-ray to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the franchise. They are expected to be available from June.
