Warner Brothers Home Entertainment has revealed that Creed will make its first appearance on Blu-ray in the US from March 1st, with the UK and Europe expected to follow shortly after.
Starring Michael B. Jordan, Sylvester Stallone and Tessa Thompson, Creed tells the story of Adonis Johnson, the son of boxing legend Apollo Creed, who died in the ring before he was born. Adonis is determined to follow in his father’s footsteps, and seeks a mentor who can take him to the top. The only man for the job is the legendary Rocky Balboa – Apollo’s friend – who takes Adonis under his wing and looks to get him a shot at the title.
The Blu-ray will come with two featurettes, “Know the Past, Own the Future” and “Becoming Adonis”, as well as a number of deleted scenes.
