Based on the successful series of crime novels by Lee Child, the film sees Tom Cruise in the title role as ex-military policeman turned vigilante drifter Jack Reacher. Reacher is drawn into an investigation after an ex-military sniper murders five innocent victims. After a thorough inquiry, he is led to believe there is an unseen force pulling the strings behind the scenes, and he’s determined to get to the truth, but in his quest will he find out more than he bargained for?
