Blu-ray Monday – Eddie The Eagle

Eddie the eagleFor this week’s Blu-ray Monday, we’re giving you the chance to get your hands on Eddie The Eagle, the high-flying feel-good film based on the life of a prolific British Olympic ski-jumper.

Taron Egerton and Hugh Jackman star in this biopic about Michael “Eddie” Edwards, who trains with his father to compete in the 1988 Calgary Winter Olympics ski-jumping competition. Edwards was the first British athlete to qualify for the Winter Olympics, and this film takes us with him on an epic journey of human spirit, passion and a refusal to be beaten.

The Blu-ray will come with a number of special features, including a documentary about the real Eddie The Eagle, a look at how they filmed the ski jumps, and a stills gallery.
