For this week’s Blu-ray Monday, we’re giving you the chance to win Sinister, the latest scary movie from the producer of Paranormal Activity and the writer-director of The Exorcism of Emily Rose.
Desperately in need of a best-seller to revive his waning career, Sinister follows sensationalist crime author Ellison Oswalt (Ethan Hawke) as he decides to move his unsuspecting family to the scene of a grisly murder. As Ellison begins to investigate the crime scene, he finds a reel of Super 8 film hidden in the attic which points to a much darker conspiracy.
The Blu-ray version scores high on the scare-o-meter, and includes a feature on living in a death house, a Director’s commentary and deleted scenes.
