For this week’s Blu-ray Monday, a brand new copy of Bridget Jones’s Baby is up for grabs, which is available on Blu-ray from the 30th January 2017.
Everyone’s favourite bumbling, British protagonist (portrayed by the fabulous Renée Zellweger) burst onto our screens last September following a 12-year hiatus – this time round with a baby in tow!
However, in true Bridget style, there’s a catch – the identity of the father is unclear, after Bridget’s encounters with a dashing gentleman (played by Patrick Dempsey) whilst at a festival and a return visit to ex-boyfriend, Mark Darcy (Colin Firth), are too close to tell. The dry, condescending humour injected by Emma Thompson as Bridget’s doctor throughout the process adds to the hilarity, and fans of the series will be pleased to see a large number of familiar faces over a decade later.
