Battleship, the board-game inspired sci-fi action flick, is sailing into Europe on high definition Blu-ray from mid-August. With a cast of heavy-hitters including Rihanna, Liam Neeson, Taylor Kitsch and Alexander Skarsgard, the action-packed Battleship Blu-ray promises to blow the competition out of the water.
The Blu-ray release brings with it a host of unique special features, including Universal’s Second Screen app – which allows viewers with a networked computer or tablet to control the action and interact with 3D models of the alien technology seen in the film while watching the main feature, as well as a host of other exclusive behind-the-scenes features and interviews.
