Warner Brothers Home Entertainment has announced that Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice will be available to buy on Blu-ray from 1st August. As we announced earlier this year, the film is available as an Ultimate Edition, meaning there’s thirty minutes of footage which wasn’t seen in the original cinematic release. A must-have for DC fans! 
Starring Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Amy Adams and Jesse Eisenberg, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice pits the two superheroes against each other, after Batman believes Superman’s actions have gone unchecked for too long. While the world watches the titans clash, the evil Lex Luther emerges from the shadows and makes big plans to topple Metropolis. Can Batman and Superman put aside their differences to save humanity?
The Blu-ray will come with over two hours of extras, including a look at the future of DC’s new cinematic heroes, a look at the history of Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman, as well as a deep dive into Lex Luther’s empire.
