Back To The Future celebrates 25th anniversary with Blu-ray box set

In 1985, Marty McFly and ‘The Doc’took millions of spellbound viewers on a high flying voyage across the space-time continuum in the first of a trio of wildly inventive tales that broke box office records around the world. October 26th this year will mark the 25th anniversary of this epic tale and to celebrate, the Back to the Future 25th Anniversary Trilogy will be getting its highly anticipated Blu-ray Disc makeover.

Unleashing the power of HD with perfect picture and the purest digital sound available, fans will get to appreciate the flux capacitor, hover boards and of course, the iconic, time-travelling DeLorean in all their glory.

The Blu-ray Disc trilogy comes with more than two hours of extras, including a brand new six part retrospective documentary featuring all the main cast and crew, the storyboard sequence of the original proposed ending, 16 deleted scenes and feature commentaries with producers Bob Gale and Neil Canton.

It will also take viewers behind the scenes showing outtakes, original makeup tests and hover-board tests, as well as revealing the secrets behind production design, storyboarding and the creation of everything from the DeLorean to Hill Valley.
