Two classic nineties films – Jerry Maguire and Heat – are heading to Blu-ray after being freshly remastered. Jerry Maguire is released on 30th January, while Heat hits shelves on 6th February.
Jerry Maguire features Tom Cruise as the film’s titular character, a sports agent with the dream life. However, when his moral compass is questioned, he takes on a new lease of life that isn’t shared by his employers. Stripped of his clients, Maguire goes it alone with one athlete, and attempts to rebuild both their lives.
The 20th Anniversary Blu-ray comes with a number of all new special features, including a three-part retrospective look at the film, interviews with the cast and nearly sixty minutes of never-before-seen footage.
Heat – starring Al Pacino, Val Kilmer and Robert De Niro – follows a group of bank robbers as they evade capture by the police after a botched job. As the crew attempt one last retirement job, it soon becomes clear that one of them is going to struggle to walk away, as he falls in love.
The all new Director’s Definitive Edition of Heat includes hours of extras over two discs, including in-depth Q&As, audio commentary, a filmmaker panel and eleven additional scenes.
