Action fans have reason to celebrate as details for the Blu-ray special features of Jack Reacher have been confirmed. Starring Tom Cruise, Rosamund Pike and Richard Jenkins, the movie is due to hit Blu-ray in the UK on 22nd April, with other European territories to follow.
Based on the successful series of crime novels by Lee Child, the film sees Cruise in the title role as ex-military policeman turned vigilante drifter Jack Reacher. Reacher is drawn into an investigation after an ex-military sniper murders five innocent victims. After a thorough inquiry, he is led to believe there is an unseen force pulling the strings behind the scenes, and he’s determined to get to the truth, but in his quest will he find more than he bargained for?
The Blu-ray will come jam-packed with bonus features, including commentaries with Tom Cruise, director Christopher McQuarrie and composer Joe Kraemer, and featurettes entitled When the Man Comes Around, You Do Not Mess with Jack Reacher: Combat & Weapons and The Reacher Phenomenon.
