For this week’s Blu-ray Monday we’re giving away a brand new copy of Suicide Squad, this summer’s hit DC Comics film.
Featuring an all-star cast including Will Smith, Margot Robbie, Cara Delevingne, Jai Courtney and Ben Affleck, Suicide Squad follows a group of imprisoned supervillains who are recruited by a secretive government agency to fight a mysterious and powerful entity. Deadshot, Harley Quinn, Captain Boomerang and a host of other reprobates agree to the challenge in return for shorter sentences. However, the villains must stay united in order to save humanity, which is tricky when The Joker (Oscar winner Jared Leto) is doing everything he can to put a stop to the plans.
Suicide Squad is being released as an extended edition, offering you 13 minutes of footage not shown in the cinema. Special features are set to include a look back at the legacy of DC’s most infamous villains, insight into how the cast got into such good shape for the film, a gag reel, and much more.
As usual you have two chances to win. For your first entry, just retweet this tweet and follow us on Twitter. Then for a second entry, leave a comment below in response to the following question:
Suicide Squad puts some of DC’s most famous villains into the spotlight, but who’s your favourite baddie of all time? It could be anybody from Captain Hook to Darth Vader. Maybe it’s Gollum from The Lord of the Rings, Lord Voldemort from Harry Potter, or the T-1000 from Terminator 2? You could pick an animated villain, such as Aladdin’s Jafar, Minions’ Scarlet Overkill, or Scar from The Lion King. Or perhaps somebody from outside of the fantasy and sci-fi world, such as Hans Gruber in Die Hard, Tony DeVito in Goodfellas, or Blofeld from James Bond? Whoever you’d choose, let us know in the comments below.
Good luck, and remember to leave your Twitter details with your comment so we can contact you.
