Lionsgate Home Entertainment has announced that the Blu-ray version of London Has Fallen, the follow up to 2013’s Olympus Has Fallen, will hit UK shelves on 11th July.
Gerard Butler resumes his role as Mike Banning, the head of the US Secret Service, who discovers a plot to kill all of the world’s most powerful leaders as they gather in London for the Prime Minister’s funeral. Also starring Aaron Eckhart, Morgan Freeman, Colin Salmon, Angela Bassett and Robert Forster, London Has Fallen is a fittingly explosive sequel.
The Blu-ray will come with two special features: an inside look at the making of the movie, and a deeper delve into Gerard Butler’s portrayal of Mike Banning, including the training and preparation he undertook before the role.
