Prepare to be spellbound! For this week’s Blu-ray Monday we are giving you the chance to get your hands on a copy of director Louis Leterrier’s latest Blu-ray release, Now You See Me.
Magic meets bank heist in Now You See Me, a movie about the illuminati of the entertainment industry. The film stars Isla Fisher, Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson and Dave Franco as four magicians who are recruited by a mysterious benefactor to form The Four Horsemen, a unit of conjuring master magicians. Together the group organise a series of bank robberies, and shower the profits onto their audiences. But when Interpol and the FBI are both tipped off, can the gang illusion their way out of trouble?
As usual with Blu-ray Monday, you have two chances to win. For your first entry, just click on the tweet button above. Then for a second entry, leave a comment below in response to either of the following questions:
The old school magician receives a glitzy Hollywood makeover in Now You See Me, which followed Steve Carrell’s turn as an aging Las Vegas showman earlier in the year in The Incredible Burt Wonderstone. With other magic themed movies like The Prestige and Magicians proving hits in the past, we want to hear which screen trickster is your favourite and why. Were you a fan of James Franco’s more streetwise Oz in Oz: the Great and the Powerful? Or are you more partial to a more grandfatherly magician like Michael Gambon’s Dumbledore in the Harry Potter series? Would you rather see a movie featuring a real-life magic man like David Blaine or Dynamo?
Don’t forget to leave your Twitter details with your comment. Good luck!
