For this week’s Blu-ray Monday, we’re giving you the chance to win a copy of the Oscar winning Silver Linings Playbook, starring Jennifer Lawrence and Bradley Cooper on Blu-ray.
Silver Linings Playbook follows Patrick Solitano (Bradley Cooper), a man recently released from a psychiatric hospital following a violent incident with his estranged ex-wife and her lover. Having lost everything, Pat begins his quest for his “silver lining” upside, but things start to spiral out of control when he comes across Tiffany, (Jennifer Lawrence) a young widow with more than enough problems of her own. Lawrence won Best Actress at both the Golden Globes and the Academy Awards for her heart wrenching performance.
The Blu-ray version is set to include featurettes on the huge success of the movie (Silver Linings Playbook: The Movie That Became A Movement), as well as deleted scenes. In addition, the Blu-ray will include some close-up featurettes including a piece on Going Steadicam With Bradley Cooper and Learn To Dance Like Pat & Tiffany.
