For this week’s Blu-ray Monday, we’re giving you the chance to win a Blu-ray copy of Ben Affleck’s Argo, crowned as Best Picture at last night’s Oscars.
The multi-award winning thriller tells the tale of six Americans stuck in Iran during the 1979 revolution. CIA exfiltration expert Tony Mendez (Affleck) devises a cunning plot to get them out of the country – pose as a Canadian film crew scouting locations for a new science fiction film called Argo. Affleck directs and stars alongside an all star cast including John Goodman, Bryan Cranston and Alan Arkin.
As usual, you have two chances to win. Hit the tweet link above, or for a second entry, leave a comment answering the following question.
Ben Affleck’s Argo was the toast of awards season, most recently winning Best Picture at last night’s Oscars. But what did you think of this year’s ceremony? Were there any controversial choices, or any films you thought deserved more recognition this year? Should Affleck have been nominated for Best Director? What did you make of host Seth MacFarlane?
