Iceberg ahoy! Twentieth Century Fox has announced that the fourth part of the Ice Age saga is hitting Blu-ray and Blu-ray 3D in early December, just in time for Christmas.
Ice Age 4: Continental Drift sees the return of our pre-historic favourites, Manny, Diego and Sid as they head off on a high-seas adventure when their continent sets adrift. With an iceberg for a ship the gang encounter sea creatures and a face-off with pirates as they try to get back home.
Ice Age 4 has a motley crew of some of the finest voice-acting talent available, including: John Leguizamo, Ray Romano, Denis Leary, Queen Latifah, Seann William Scott, Josh Peck and Simon Pegg. It also has cameos from Jennifer Lopez and Peter Dinklage, as well as hip-hop superstars Nicki Minaj and Drake.
The Blu-ray and Blu-ray 3D editions are jam-packed with exclusive special features for all the family, including the interactive Party with a Pirate! mode, games, music videos and behind the scenes featurettes – the perfect family Blu-ray this Christmas. Ice Age 4 is available in the UK from 10th December with other territories expected to follow.
