Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment will release sci-fi action adventure movie Chronicle on Blu-ray in Europe from 28th May.
Directed by Josh Trank, this clever story applies the “found footage” filmmaking techniques made famous by Blair Witch, Cloverfield and Paranormal Activity to a superhero origin story. Starring Dane DeHaan (True Blood), Alex Russell (Almost Kings) and Michael B. Jordan (Red Tails), Chronicle follows the journey of three high school students who make an incredible discovery, leading them to develop uncanny telekinetic powers beyond their understanding.
Fox’s Blu-ray/Digital Copy pack presents both the theatrical version and an extended director’s cut of the film in its 1.85:1 original aspect ratio, with 5.1 DTS master audio. The Blu-ray also contains deleted scene “Matt and Casey in the Kitchen“, a feature on previsualisation and camera testing as well as info on the soundtrack and the film’s trailer.
