HBO has unveiled plans to bring the complete fourth season of its smash hit show True Blood to Blu-ray Disc throughout Europe on 21st May.
The latest instalment sees further supernatural forces come to light in the quiet American town of Bon Temps. Heroine Sookie (Anna Paquin) finds herself entangled in a love triangle between vampires Bill (Stephen Moyer) and Eric (Alexander Skarsgård) whilst other residents battle their demons and fight for survival in the bewitching town.
The box set promises to present fans with every episode in 1080p video accompanied by a Master Audio 5.1 soundtrack. Bonus features include audio commentaries for six episodes in the collection and featurettes which take viewers inside each episode and examine the final touches made to bring them to life. It also boasts a time line and enhanced viewing modes which look at character perspectives, delving into histories, biographies and useful facts.
