Everyone’s favourite eccentric Doctor (played by Matt Smith) and his trusty ally Amy Pond (Karen Gillan) will return in high definition on 19th July in the two disc Blu-ray release of Doctor Who: Series Six, Part One.
The disc will see the sci-fi twosome travel to the 1960s, battle an alien invasion, hop aboard a pirate ship in the 17th century, explore a bubble universe at the edge of reality, encountering countless strange creatures at every turn.
Episodes included in this release are: The Impossible Astronaut, Day of the Moon, The Curse of the Black Spot, The Doctor’s Wife, The Rebel Flesh, The Almost People and A Good Man Goes to War.
