Verbatim has announced plans to distribute dual-layer rewritable Blu-ray Discs.
Designed to provide consumers with top-notch HD video and audio performance, the 50GB discs offer scratch resistance thanks to the manufacturer’s unique ‘Hardcoat system’and support up to 1,000 write cycles. As well as being readable by virtually every Blu-ray player on the market, Verbatim points out that the discs provide a hugely cost effective way to back up media.
