Call the cops: L.A. Confidential is getting the Blu-ray treatment

Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment has officially announced that it will celebrate the 20th anniversary of director Curtis Hanson’s film L.A. Confidential (1997) with a brand new Blu-ray release, which will be available for purchase on September 26th.

1950’s, Los Angeles. As corruption grows, three policemen, a call girl, a mysterious millionaire, a tabloid journalist and the chief of detectives fuel a plot rife with mystery, ambition, romance and humour. The Academy Award-winning classic features a truly star-studded cast, including: Kevin Spacey, Russell Crowe, Guy Pearce, Danny DeVito, Kim Basinger, James Cromwell and David Strathairn.
